All our dishes are homemade in our Brussels workshop in Schaerbeek. The products we use are Belgian, fresh, seasonal, and 80% organically certified by the Certisys control inspection body.

We are also proud to hold 3 labels: the Artisan label, the Ecodynamic Enterprise label (with 3 stars) and the GoodFood label. These awards reflect our commitment to environmental responsibility.
