On this game tour, your pupils will explore Belgium alongside Zeno the Explorer. Map in hand, they'll hop into Zeno’s van and follow his journey by watching the videos through the periscopes. This is an accessible way for your class to learn all about Belgium, from its history and culture to its economy. Along the way, Zeno will challenge your pupils to complete tasks that spark their curiosity. Mission accomplished? Head to reception to collect a small reward. Let's go!
This game tour is also available for those learning Dutch (OKAN and NT2 – levels 1.1 and 1.2). When making your booking, please specify in the comment field whether you require this adapted version. On the road with Zeno is also accessible in French Belgian Sign Language and Flemish Sign Language in the HeritageApp (Erfgoedapp).
This is a self-guided tour of the permanent exhibition, without a guide or museum staff member.
At reception, you'll be given the materials for your class: one worksheet per pupil and the guide for the teacher or accompanying adult.
Learning goals: To understand Belgium and its realities and to foster curiosity and a spirit of exploration.
