The Museumweeks is a project of the Huis van het Nederlands

This year too, we are taking part in the NT2 Museum Weeks, organised by the Huis van het Nederlands (House of Dutch). Discover the BELvue with your class of Dutch students with two adapted activities.

From language level 1.1 : On the road with Zeno (for beginners)

Zeno the explorer is visiting Belgium! Accompany him on his journey, get into his periscope camionette and get to know different aspects of the country. History, culture, economy,... Belgium will (almost) hold no more secrets for you! The students discover the museum themselves using an interactive map.

The museum does not supervise this activity.

From language level 2.1: guided tour ‘2 (t)huizen, 1 museum’

The BELvue worked in partnership with FMDO to train several people with an immigrant background to tell their life stories based on the museum's themes. The guides have learned Dutch and will tell you each of their incredible, sometimes extraordinary, sometimes moving story, until their arrival in their new country, their second home, Belgium.
