On Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 September, the BELvue Museum will be taking part in the Heritage Days, the theme of which this year is ‘New Heritage’. To mark the occasion, we're putting the spotlight on an iconic feature of the building: the Atrium.

An example of contemporary architecture that combines modernist elements such as transparency, the use of modern materials and a minimalist aesthetic, it is in keeping with the neoclassical building and the historical context of the 18th-century Bellevue hotel, blending in perfectly with it.

Come and (re)discover this emblematic space on a self-guided tour or a guided tour and stroll through the galleries of the permanent exhibition to learn more about the evolution and contemporary architectural interventions.
